Shipping & Returns

ORDER/SHIPPING DETAILS

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders taken on Fridays will ship the following week.

Please note that neither FedEx nor UPS guarantees transit over the weekend.

USPS does not actually guarantee delivery within two days for USPS Priority 2-Day shipping.

Orders placed with expedited shipping must be placed by 12pm MT for same-day shipment. Delivery times exclude Saturday and Sunday.

Expedited shipping options are not available for all locations, and expedited options for AK & HI are limited to 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or USPS Priority Mail.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (two business days) of being placed. During promotional periods and times of high order volume, shipping times are likely to increase. Processing/ shipping times are not guaranteed.

A confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information.

Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated by our fulfillment center.

Shipping information can take up to 72 hours to register in the carrier’s website after you receive a tracking number

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed it cannot be edited or changed. Our cancelation window is limited and we cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled before shipping.

Please contact us to see if your order can be canceled. An order number and email address is required for all cancelation attempts.

BACK ORDERED ITEMS

Will be shipped as soon as they become “BACK IN STOCK”. Usually the website will display “BACK ORDERED ITEMS”. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, AND TAXES

All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country.

The shipping fees we charge for your order do not necessarily include custom fees, duties, or import taxes.

If you’re unsure of your country’s laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.

We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as “Gift” on customs forms.

Please note that international orders can be delayed in customs, and in some cases, may take up to 24 business days to be delivered. Please refer to your tracking number for delivery status.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if it turns out that it’s just not what you were looking for, eligible items can be returned. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully:

 

To return or exchange a product, it must be unused, clean, and in NEW condition with all original and undamaged product packaging.

 

Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Restock Fee of 25% applies to all Returns based on initial purchase price at the time of purchase. Freight and or shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Any damage to packaging or cause for rework will add to restock fee thus reducing the refund or credit amount.

 

You must obtain a return authorization number before returning your product(s). Upon approval and issuance of your return authorization number, Please contact SAVVY DESIGNZ directly to obtain the R.G.A number.

 

PLEASE NOTE -- we do not provide returns or offer refunds for items purchased at a clearance or discounted rate, or during sale times and promotional periods. Items purchased on sale, during promotional periods or at a discounted rate cannot be returned for a refund, ONLY store credit. All purchases for items listed in our SALE section and advertised as LAST CHANCE may not be returned or exchanged. All LAST CHANCE sales are final.
