RockJock’s Control Arm Fork Bracket

RockJock’s Control Arm Fork Bracket is an included component in our CE-9102 and CE-9102SF TJ/LJ/XJ/MJ/ZJ front upper control arms at the location where the control arms attach to the front axle housing Johnny Joints or bushings.
The inside dimension of the fork is designed to fit a bushing or Johnny Joint that is 2 in. wide with a 7/16 in. thru bolt (stock TJ/LJ/XJ/MJ/ZJ is 10mm and we upgrade to 7/16 in.).
Fork is laser cut and formed 3/16 in. steel with a 1 in.-14 RH threaded fitment welded in. Finish is semi-gloss black powder coat.

• Inside of Fork Dimension  =  2.000 in. x 7/16 in. thru-bolt
• Overall Length  =  6.0625 in. (tip to tip)
• CL of Hole to End of Threads Length  =  5.0625 in.
• Thread Length  =  2.0625 in.
• Threads  =  3/4 in.-16 RH
• Finish  =  semi-gloss black powder coat (threads masked)

Notes:

• This fork is an included component in all of our CE-9102 and CE-9102SF TJ/LJ/XJ/MJ/ZJ front upper control arm sets.
• Fork is intended to bolt onto the 2 in. wide x 7/16 in. thru-hole bushings found on TJ/LJ/XJ/MJ/ZJ front axle housings, as well as the Johnny Joint replacements for the these bushings.
• The 7/16 in. hole in this fork is commonly drilled out to 1/2 in. when upgrading to larger hardware, or drilled out to 5/8 in. when used in conjunction with Uni-Balls.
