3. ORDERS
SAVVY DESIGNZ only sells products to adults, ages 18 years and older, who can purchase them with a credit card. First Lite reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if SAVVY DESIGNZ believes that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of SAVVY DESIGNZ or its affiliates.
4. TRADEMARKS

7. Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if it turns out that it’s just not what you were looking for, eligible items can be returned. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully:
To return or exchange a product, it must be unused, clean, and in NEW condition with all original and undamaged product packaging.
Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Restock Fee of 25% applies to all Returns based on initial purchase price at the time of purchase. Freight and or shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Any damage to packaging or cause for rework will add to restock fee thus reducing the refund or credit amount.
You must obtain a return authorization number before returning your product(s). Upon approval and issuance of your return authorization number, Please contact SAVVY DESIGNZ directly to obtain the R.G.A number.
PLEASE NOTE -- we do not provide returns or offer refunds for items purchased at a clearance or discounted rate, or during sale times and promotional periods. Items purchased on sale, during promotional periods or at a discounted rate cannot be returned for a refund, ONLY store credit. All purchases for items listed in our SALE section and advertised as LAST CHANCE may not be returned or exchanged. All LAST CHANCE sales are final.

In the event that a The Offroad Group, product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Offroad Group, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Offroad Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Offroad Group, shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
11. Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by The Offroad Group, without notice at any time, for any reason.
