CNC laser-cut & bent and TIG-welded from 3/16" aluminum, they replace your factory fenders completely with a large-radius wheel opening that gives big tires the room they actually need and they do it while working with your factory trimmed hood or aftermarket hood, so no hood swap is required. The TJ and LJ have been off the production line since 2006 and the market for quality aluminum high line fenders for this platform has quietly thinned out as the vehicles have aged. Why TJ and LJ Builders Choose High Line Fenders

The Jeep Wrangler TJ and LJ Unlimited have a shorter wheelbase and more aggressive suspension geometry than the JK, JL, and JT platforms that followed. Running 40 – 42 inch tires on a TJ or LJ without high line fenders means one of two things: excessive lift that raises the center of gravity and makes the platform less stable, or constant tire rub at full articulation that limits what the suspension can actually do.

High line aluminum fenders solve both problems simultaneously. By replacing the factory fender with a unit that has a significantly larger radius wheel opening raised up and extended back they give 40 – 42 inch tires room to cycle fully from full droop to full compression, lock to lock, without contact. The result is a TJ or LJ that runs 40s or 42s with considerably less lift than a factory-fender build would require. Less lift means lower center of gravity.
